Steve’s passion for pets started with his own dogs, Simba and Daisy, who were both rescued, and now are happy members of Steve’s family. Both pups are lucky they found a home in the Pacific Northwest, as both enjoy hiking in the mountains and swimming in lakes. Steve carried his passion to help other animals find happy homes as the Board Chair for Homeward Pet Adoption Center, a no-kill shelter in Seattle. Through working with hundreds of animals, Steve has found the importance of lifetime coverage for puppies and kittens so that all of our companion animals stay healthy, which is why he’s joined Trupanion.
