Currently $20,000, with no limits per year, claim, illness, procedure, or condition. |
Each condition is eligible for payment under only one primary diagnostic code found in the “Benefit Schedule” and any applicable secondary diagnostic code, per incident. Repeat claims are subject to annual limits per primary diagnostic code.
