A Message to Veterinarians
The Trupanion plan was created by veterinarians for veterinarians and their clients to be the most valuable pet insurance product on the market. To ensure that pet owners can rely on Trupanion when needed most, the Trupanion plan offers comprehensive coverage that includes coverage for all hereditary and congenital disorders (hip dysplasia coverage is optional) and chronic or recurring illnesses.
We reimburse your clients based off your actual fees, rather than using a "usual and customary" fee guide, making it easier for you to stand behind your charges.
Your clients will never see an increase in premiums for making claims or due to their pet aging, rather we periodically increase premiums to reflect inflationary costs of veterinary medicine.
