Referral program terms and conditions

Void where prohibited. Program not available in West Virginia and North Dakota.

• Referrer: Active and past members can refer their friends. Must have an online account and sign up to participate. Referrers must be legal residents of the United States or Canada. Must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Friend (person being referred): Friends must be new customers and use Referrer’s unique Referral Link to start their application.
• Referral Link: The Referrer can send their unique Referral Link to their Friends
• When the Friend(s) complete(s) an application, the Referrer will receive a notification email. Once the referral is validated and approved, the Referrer will receive a reward email with a one-time code for a $25 gift card.
• Limited-time giveaway: in addition to the above, and while supplies last members who share their unique referral link from April 17, 2023, through May 14, 2023 will be eligible to receive 2 Trupanion bandanas. Each member is eligible for a limit of 2 Trupanion bandanas. Link shares will be measured and tracked via page visits to the webpage members.trupanion.com/share. Recipients will be notified starting on May 21, 2023. Recipients’ 2 Trupanion bandanas will be mailed to the address you provide beginning in June 2023.
• Individual Referrers can earn up to $100 of value from any Trupanion promotion per 12 months. Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” or otherwise sending communications to strangers to try get referrals.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts, deny rewards, or remove rewards if we believe there is a violation of these requirements or any applicable regulation.
• We may change or end this program at any time, without notice
